Our Products
Are the reusable liners suitable for a heavy flow?
Absolutely! We have 4 available sizes for our pads. For a heavy flow or for those heavier days we recommend using Super or Overnight. The Overnight size is best worn at home or under loose fitting clothing.
How do I use my menstrual cup?
Menstrual cups take a bit of practice to get used to. Acces our How To Guide here.
How do I wash my reusable pads?
For best results, simply soak in cold water and rinse thoroughly, then hand or machine wash no warmer than 40 degrees and hang dry out of direct sunlight or machine dry.
Do you have maternity pads?
We don't have pads labelled as "maternity" pads, however our Overnight pads are definitely comfortable enough and suitable as maternity pads.
Orders, Shipping and Returns
I haven’t received a shipping update, can you tell me where my order is?

How long will my order take to ship?
Items are processed within 48 hours of placing your order. We generally achieve 14 business day delivery time depending on your location and the day you place your order.
Where are you located?
Our business was created and is mostly operated in Gold Coast, Australia. However, we do have partners in Hong Kong.
How do I receive a refund if I need one?
If you’re having an issue with a product, we’re here to help! You can request a different product, or a refund to the original payment method within 30 days of your initial purchase.
