Shipping & Returns Policy
If you’re having an issue with a product, we’re here to help! You can request a different product, or a refund to the original payment method within 30 days of your initial purchase.
To initiate a refund or new product, please email email@example.com with your full order details and your reason for requesting a refund.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
