Shipping and delivery



Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.


Shipping Days: Orders are shipped weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with the exception of public holidays.


Order Addresses: Orders are sent to the delivery address submitted with your order. Please ensure this address is correct or shipping charges for the return of the parcel and resending the parcel will be charged to you.


Postal Provider: Depending on your location will depend on the provider we can use. Generally UPS and Fastship


Order Tracking: All orders are assigned a tracking ID. Your parcel can be tracked anywhere in the world.


International Orders

Tax: International orders are not subject to sales tax.

Countries: We ship to all Countries available with our courier services

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for International orders are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Times: All shipments vary from country to country - we generally achieve 14-25 days shipping although some orders may take up to 40 days depending on the country.

Other Charges: You may be required to pay duties, taxes or other customs charges on your order when received in your country. We are not responsible for those fees and these will be payable by you.


Missing, damaged or incorrect orders: Please report missing parcels, damaged or incorrectly filled orders to support@theanytimeco.com within 30 days. Please quote your order number with your email.
